Hawthorn School Visit

Local officers attended Hawthorn school Hattersley for an emergency services input with the class. 

The children were very excited seeing and using the police officers equipment handcuffs, hats, baton , torch (not the Pava as this is classed as a fire arm).

Officers chatting with the students about the role of the emergency services, how to contact them and when it.

The class also got to see , sit in a police car and the emergency lights and sirens activated for them. 

The children really enjoyed the visit made by the police.
